ART CLASSES START ON MONDAY!!!!

Oh yeah I was allowed to sign up again :>
I just hope I didn't miss too much, I'm kinda rusty....

Anyhow I have a question, if I would offer to do comissions would anybody be interested???
(because I'm not going to offer if nobody really wants me to draw anything for them)

I've been browsing dA lately, researching a bit etc. I'm really inspired right now to draw something, but I have so much stupid schoolwork that I feel totally blocked. By the time I stop procrastinating and finish my work, I'm always too tired to draw anymore. Maybe I'll upload some stuff from art class. Nekkid models anyone?

The life drawing courses are over and the new "cycle" starts next week. Unfortunately I couldn't sign up. My workload for school and synchronise swimming is just too big otherwise. Partly because there's the big Christmas show coming up in synchro.

But I hope I'll be able to sign up for the cycle after this new one. I didn't feel all bubbly and happy like I usually do after class, but slightly depressed. The silly thing is the art college I was planning on applying to, is "no good", according to my teacher. It would be my dream to go to RISD but I'm not sure if

1. I'm good enough for that kind of prestigious school
2. If my parents would pay for it and if not, how the hell would I get a scholarship....

either way I couldn't stop smiling on the train ride home because my teacher praised me a lot (I know I'm easy to please : P) -- think I might have freaked some ppl out >___<

Aaanyway I just started taking a life drawing class! A former art teacher recommended I try it.

I LOVE IT

At first it was awkward because I was the youngest person there. I really don't mean to sound like an ignorant teenager but everyone there was between the age of my parents and my grandparents. And my parents aren't young.
I just keep asking myself: Where are the geeky artsy teenagers you always hear about???
The look on my friends' faces from school when I told them I was drawing nekkid people was priceless. Now the prolly think I'm completely crazy. Yay.
